- **What they ask for** — A public inbox somebody watches
- **Who acts** — A third party contacts you to verify the brand.
- **Have this ready** — Your full legal company name, including its legal form; A public support email that is real and monitored, separate from the registration contact
- **Without an approved registration** — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.

The company name on the registration has to match the **exact** full legal name, corporate form included. The agent's public name can still be the commercial brand.

The profile's support email has to be a real, **monitored** address: during the review it may receive a test enquiry, and leaving it unanswered stalls the registration.
