## What this country needs

### SMS

- **Your sender** — An alphanumeric sender is not accepted on its own here: it has to be registered first.
- Operators here restrict links inside an SMS. If your campaign carries one, check with us before a large send.
- We tell you exactly what is needed while reviewing your registration.
- **Without an approved registration** — Messages still go out and are still billed, but delivery is best-effort: the recipient may see a sender other than yours, and the message can be filtered. You keep seeing your own sender in reports and exports — what changes is what reaches the handset.

### RCS

- **Before you start** — You need a company registered in this country.
- **What they ask for** — Local legal entity · Authorisation letter
- **Who acts** — You sign the paperwork and return it to us.
- **Have this ready** — An entity incorporated or registered in Singapore, with its UEN; An ACRA-issued Business Profile or BizFile, with current details; An authorisation letter specific to the protected Sender IDs, on company letterhead
- **Without an approved registration** — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.

You need a **locally incorporated or registered entity in Singapore**, with its UEN and current documentation. An international brand can use a local subsidiary or branch. Without a local entity there is no registration.

A **specific authorisation letter** is also required for protected Sender IDs: a generic brand authorisation is not accepted.
