RCS tiene su propia lista en [Países y disponibilidad de RCS](/platform/es/channels/rcs/availability). ## Cómo funciona Cada país decide con qué remitentes acepta un SMS. En la mayoría basta con crear el tuyo; algunos piden registrarlo antes. Esta página explica cómo saber cuál es tu caso, qué hacemos para que tus mensajes lleguen mientras el registro se tramita, y cómo se factura. ## Dónde hace falta registrar tu remitente **El panel te lo dice, país por país y para tu remitente concreto.** Ábrelo en **Ajustes → Proyecto → Canales → SMS** y verás cuáles están aprobados, cuáles piden registro y en qué estado va cada uno. Con **Solicitar país** añades uno nuevo. Ese es el sitio donde mirar antes de una campaña a un mercado nuevo. Los requisitos de cada destino —qué se pide, quién lo tramita y cuánto tarda— están en [Países](/platform/es/channels/countries). ## Qué hacemos mientras el registro se tramita Un registro puede tardar días, y en algunos mercados semanas. En lugar de dejar tus mensajes parados durante ese tiempo, **buscamos la mejor vía disponible para que lleguen igualmente**. En la práctica, el mensaje sale por la ruta que en ese momento tiene más probabilidades de entregarlo, aunque no sea la que llevaría tu remitente ya aprobado. Es lo que llamamos una **entrega best-effort**: el objetivo es **maximizar las posibilidades de entrega** mientras el registro avanza. Su alcance depende del país y de sus operadores, así que conviene saber qué esperar: - **La disponibilidad varía.** No en todos los destinos hay una alternativa, y donde la hay no siempre da el mismo resultado. - **El destinatario puede ver otro remitente.** Tú sigues viendo el remitente que enviaste. Lo que cambia es lo que aparece en el teléfono, normalmente un número en lugar de tu marca. - **El operador tiene la última palabra.** Puede filtrar el mensaje aunque haya salido correctamente por nuestro lado. > **Note**: En tus informes, exportes y webhooks seguirás viendo **tu** remitente, porque es el > que enviaste. Lo que puede haber cambiado es lo que vio el destinatario. ## El registro sigue siendo el camino Estas alternativas existen para acompañarte mientras tramitas el registro, **no para sustituirlo**. Donde un país lo exige, el requisito sigue vigente. Registrar tu remitente es lo que nos permite tramitarlo con la operadora, y lo que hace que tus mensajes lleguen con tu marca de forma estable. Por eso recomendamos siempre registrar los países que lo piden, y hacerlo con margen: el proceso completo está en [Alta y registro](/platform/es/channels/sms/senders-registration). ## Los enlaces también tienen reglas En algunos destinos las operadoras **restringen los enlaces** dentro de un SMS: pueden exigir que el dominio esté registrado previamente, filtrar el mensaje que los lleva, o retirar el enlace. Es una restricción independiente de la del remitente: puedes tener el remitente aprobado y aun así tener el enlace limitado. Si tus campañas llevan enlaces y envías fuera de tu mercado habitual, consúltanos antes de un envío grande. Usar tu propio [dominio de marca](/platform/es/project-settings/short-links-branded-domain) ayuda, porque un dominio conocido y estable pasa los filtros con más fiabilidad que un acortador genérico. ## En RCS funciona al revés Conviene no trasladar lo de arriba al otro canal, porque la regla es la contraria: - **En SMS**, mientras el registro se tramita seguimos buscando la mejor vía para entregar. - **En RCS**, sin el registro aprobado **no se envía a ese país**, sin excepción. Tus contactos solo reciben algo si tienes activado el [SMS Fallback](/platform/es/channels/rcs/sms-fallback), y en ese caso lo reciben como SMS. Ocurre igual cuando el operador lo filtra: el mensaje se le entregó a él, y por eso cuenta.
