What this country needs
SMS
- The operator requires the sender to be registered for it to be accepted as yours.
- Operators here restrict links inside an SMS. If your campaign carries one, check with us before a large send.
- We tell you exactly what is needed while reviewing your registration.
- Without an approved registration — Messages still go out and are still billed, but delivery is best-effort: the recipient may see a sender other than yours, and the message can be filtered. You keep seeing your own sender in reports and exports — what changes is what reaches the handset.
RCS
- What they ask for — Proof of consent · Authorisation letter
- Who acts — You sign the paperwork and return it to us.
- Have this ready — A public URL or screenshot of the exact opt-in screen; The post opt-in message, the opt-out confirmation and the HELP reply; A signed Attestation Letter, if the operator asks for one
- Without an approved registration — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.
The registration may ask for proof of consent: a public URL or a screenshot of the exact screen where it is collected.
An attestation letter may also be required. If it is, we send you the template and the agent's details.
