What this country needs
SMS
- Your sender — An alphanumeric sender is not accepted on its own here: it has to be registered first.
- We tell you exactly what is needed while reviewing your registration.
- Without an approved registration — Messages still go out and are still billed, but delivery is best-effort: the recipient may see a sender other than yours, and the message can be filtered. You keep seeing your own sender in reports and exports — what changes is what reaches the handset.
RCS
- Before you start — You need a company registered in this country.
- What they ask for — Local legal entity
- Who acts — We handle it. Nothing for you to do.
- Have this ready — Paperwork evidencing the end brand's local legal presence
- Without an approved registration — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.
Only local companies or brands can register: you have to evidence the end brand's legal presence in the country.
Additional documentation may be required depending on the case; we tell you which.
