What this country needs
SMS
- Your sender — An alphanumeric sender is not accepted on its own here: it has to be registered first.
- Operators here restrict links inside an SMS. If your campaign carries one, check with us before a large send.
- We tell you exactly what is needed while reviewing your registration.
- Without an approved registration — Messages still go out and are still billed, but delivery is best-effort: the recipient may see a sender other than yours, and the message can be filtered. You keep seeing your own sender in reports and exports — what changes is what reaches the handset.
RCS
- What they ask for — Authorisation letter
- Who acts — You sign the paperwork and return it to us.
- Have this ready — The attestation documents the operator asks for in your use case, signed
- Without an approved registration — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.
Depending on the agent's use case, additional attestation documentation may be required. When it is, we provide the template and the agent's details; return only what was asked for, filled in and signed.
